You’ll work closely with our Event Manager and support every stage of Smart Freight Week—before, during, and after the event. From helping with registration to assisting on the event floor, this is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in making a high-profile international event run smoothly.

⭐ Here’s an idea of what tasks you might be working on:
- Event preparation: Assist with setting up participant registrations using platforms like Salesforce and Cvent, ensuring attendee information is accurate and updated. You’ll also help keep participants informed about the event agenda.
- Stakeholder and supplier coordination: Communicate with the venue, guest speakers, and suppliers, like catering, to ensure everything is organized, dietary needs are met, and food is served at the right times.
- On-site support: During the event, you’ll be welcoming attendees at the registration desk, managing coat check, assisting with room setups for workshops and conferences, and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Post-event wrap-up: Help pack up equipment, gather feedback from attendees, assist with final reports, and coordinate shuttles for participants if needed.
